Georgios C. Trichopoulos joined ASU as an assistant professor in 2015. He received his Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from Ohio State University in 2013. From 2013 to 2015, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher and then senior researcher at the ElectroScience Lab at Ohio State University. His research interests are in on-chip antenna design and high frequency sensors. In particular, his research focuses on millimeter wave (mmW) and terahertz (THz) technology for applications in biomedical sensing, imaging systems and short-range wireless communications. He is a co-founder of TeraProbes Inc., a technology start-up company specializing in non-contact device and circuit measurements.
