Jiangchao Qin joined the ASU faculty as an assistant professor in August 2015. He received a bachelor’s degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, in 2002, and a Ph.D. from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, USA, in 2014. He spent the summer of 2012 in the High-Power Energy Conversion Lab, GE Global Research in Niskayuna, New York, as a research intern. From 2014 to 2015, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia.
