The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University will welcome more than 50 new faculty members during the 2022–23 academic year. These talented professionals bring skills and insights from top universities, leading laboratories and innovative industry sectors across the nation and around the world. As they help to grow America’s largest university engineering program, they also enhance the scope and impact of the educational and research enterprise at the Fulton Schools.

These experts in biomedical, chemical, computer, electrical, manufacturing, mechanical and other engineering disciplines will augment an already remarkable community of students, researchers and entrepreneurs. Simultaneously, they will advance ASU’s collective efforts to address the great challenges of our time and transform society for the better.

Academic and research excellence by our faculty is a central goal, and one that is effectively a journey requiring tremendous dedication by the faculty and support by FSE,” says Kyle Squires, dean of the Fulton Schools and ASU’s vice provost for engineering, computing and technology. “Our faculty not only make an impact within their disciplines but also foster an environment and a culture that promotes excellence. We always benefit from more gifted minds and articulate voices to broaden the impacts that we have all come to expect from the Fulton Schools. So, please join me in extending an enthusiastic welcome to these impressive scholars.”
