Arizona State University is proud to host the 12th annual Arizona Student Energy Conference on April 6 and 7, 2023 at Old Main. At the event, which is free with registration, postdoctoral researchers and master’s and doctoral students from ASU, Northern Arizona University and the University of Arizona come together for this two-day conference to explore and share knowledge in public policy, technology and discoveries in renewable energy and its relation to water and food.

The Keynote Speaker will be Director of the Office of Economic Impact and Diversity at the U.S. Department of Energy and Secretarial Advisor on Equity the Honorable Shalanda H. Baker. The event will feature panels, presentations, networking and a research poster contest.

David and Darleen Ferry Professor of Electrical Engineering Stephen Goodnick is one of the conference’s three founders. Goodnick continues to organize the event with the assistance of School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering Business Operations Specialist Ruby Sayed.
