Engineers Without Borders

The Engineers Without Borders chapter at ASU is a chapter of the national non-profit organization which aims to create a more stable and prosperous world by addressing people’s basic human needs and providing necessities such as clean water, power, sanitation and education. Our group works with a partnering community in countries all around the world to design and implement low-cost, small-scale, replicable and sustainable engineering solutions to problems including water, sanitation and renewable energy.

Eta Kappa Nu, International Honor Society for Electrical Engineers

Eta Kappa Nu is a unique membership organization dedicated to encouraging and recognizing excellence in the electrical and computer engineering fields. Our members consist of students, alumni and other professionals who have demonstrated exceptional academic and professional accomplishments. Our student members are selected on the basis of scholastic standing, character and leadership. Through a variety of service programs and leadership training, our members develop lifelong skills that earmark them for prominent positions in industry and academia. Our members are much better prepared for the post-college world and are especially valuable and attractive to employers. They are recognized as extremely capable, both technically and professionally.
